"The Penguin Trip" is the third studio album of the Granada trio LOS 300, masterpiece to date of the 'Kings of the Loop'. It is a concept album whose common thread is the imaginary journey of a penguin through the musical confines of the planet. From the wildest afrobeat of the Nigerian jungles to the salsa and cumbia of the grooviest Caribbean, from Dutch funk-blues to Venetian electro-swing, from the nu jazz of the Costa del Sol to the tropical psychedelia of the coast of Granada.

An elegant musical and world party, as if Fela Kuti, Tangerine Dream, Hector Lavoe and Miles Davis made an album together, is what we can find, a lot of quality, innovation and warmth. "The Penguin Trip" closes the animal trilogy together with "The Monkey Howler Times" (2013) and "The Fighting Kangaroo" (2017)".
